In 2025, the company obtained GIGAPHOTON lithography gas certification.

On May 13, 2025, Yueyang Kaimite Electronic Special Rare Gas Co., Ltd. received a Qualified Supplier Certification Letter from GIGAPHOTON Co., Ltd. of Japan (hereinafter referred to as “GIGAPHOTON”). The lithography gas products (Kr/Ne, Ar/Ne/Xe) manufactured by Kaimite Electronic Special Gas Co., Ltd. have successfully passed GIGAPHOTON’s qualified supplier certification. The approval of our lithography gas products (Kr/Ne, Ar/Ne/Xe) by GIGAPHOTON represents GIGAPHOTON’s recognition of the company’s production capacity and product quality in the field of lithography gas manufacturing. It also reflects the company’s comprehensive strength and competitive advantages in various aspects, including advanced product manufacturing technology, steel cylinder inner-wall treatment technology, and gas analysis capabilities. This successful certification will help the company enhance its recognition and visibility in the lithography gas sector and will play a positive role in expanding the company’s sales business for lithography gas products.

In 2024, Yueyang Kaimeite Passes ZEISS Qualification for Excimer Laser Gas Supply

In March 2024, Yueyang Kaimeite Electronic Specialty Rare Gases Co., Ltd. (KMT-ESR) received a qualification approval letter from Carl Zeiss Vision International GmbH, confirming that its excimer laser gas product TUIMIX CTXX ARFV3.0has successfully passed ZEISS’s internal evaluation process.

In 2023, Yueyang Kaimeite Obtains Alcon EX500 Laser Gas Certification

On July 2023, Yueyang Kaimeite Electronic Specialty Rare Gases Co., Ltd. (KMT Gases) received official qualification from Alcon for the preparation of gas premixes used in the Excimer laser WaveLight/Alcon EX500.

In 2023, the company obtained ASML lithography gas certification.

Hunan Kemet Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)’s controlled subsidiary, Yueyang Kemet Electronic Special Rare Gases Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Kemet Electronic Special Gases”), received on February 2, 2023 a Letter of Qualified Supplier Certification from Cymer, a subsidiary of ASML. The lithography gas products manufactured by Kemet Electronic Special Gases have successfully passed Cymer’s review, and Cymer has included Kemet Electronic Special Gases’ lithography gas products in its list of qualified suppliers. Cymer, a subsidiary of ASML, is a world-leading provider of excimer laser sources, an industry leader in deep-ultraviolet technology, and an independently operated entity within the ASML Group. Cymer invented the deep-ultraviolet (DUV) light sources essential for today’s most critical lithography technologies used in semiconductor manufacturing, and is engaged in the development, manufacture, and service of DUV light sources. Its product portfolio includes excimer lasers that generate deep-ultraviolet light using argon fluoride (ArF) or krypton fluoride (KrF) gases. Key product features include narrow bandwidth, high operating speed, and exceptional reliability. Cymer’s light sources play a decisive role in the mass production of the world’s most advanced semiconductor chips that meet specific technical specifications. The fact that the Company’s lithography gas products have obtained Cymer’s Qualified Supplier Certification represents Cymer’s recognition of the Company’s production capabilities and product quality in the field of lithography gas manufacturing. It also reflects the Company’s comprehensive strength and competitive advantages in areas such as advanced product manufacturing technology, cylinder inner-wall treatment technology, and gas analysis techniques. This certification will help the Company enhance its recognition and visibility in the lithography gas sector, facilitate the internationalization of the Company’s electronic special gas products, and positively impact the Company’s efforts to expand its sales business in the lithography gas market.

In 2021, the company obtained COHERENT product certification.

Hunan Kemet Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)’s controlled subsidiary, Yueyang Kemet Electronic Special Rare Gases Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Kemet Electronic Special Gases”), has had its 193nm laser gas mixture—produced for ExciStar lasers—tested on equipment provided by Coherent Germany. On September 24, 2021, the Company received a confirmation letter from Coherent formally acknowledging that the above-mentioned laser gas mixture had successfully passed its testing. The test results obtained by Coherent for Kemet Electronic Special Gases’ excimer laser gases not only demonstrate the high quality of the Company’s excimer laser gas products but also highlight its expertise in cylinder inner-wall treatment technologies within the specialty electronic gases sector. Furthermore, the Company’s comprehensive capabilities—including the formulation of multi-component gas mixtures at the ppm level containing fluorine, as well as gas analysis—have reached world-class standards. These achievements will help establish the Company’s reputation as a high-quality player in the specialty electronic gases industry. Excimer laser gases can be widely applied in industries such as medical technology, photolithography, and OLED displays, making them highly significant for the Company’s future large-scale sales of specialty electronic gases. Currently, the Company is one of the few global gas enterprises that possess complete capabilities for both the production and analysis of excimer laser gases.
